A: To log in to xpate.portal.com, use the email address you provided during registration and the password you set after receiving the OTP in your welcome letter. If you forget your password, click the Forgot password link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it.

A: To download a statement from the portal, click the Statement button in the main menu or in the Transaction section, and then select the desired time period manually or from our quick picks. Don’t forget to choose the currency.
