Q: How can I change corporate account contact details?

A: You can easily change your account contact details by emailing us at [email protected] or by choosing the "Update or change account details" option in the chat service in portal. Our customer care team will assist you with the required information and amend your details accordingly.

Q: What should I do if we have changes in the company?

A: If your company has any changes related to major company details you must inform xpate, please email us at [email protected]. Depending on the case relevant documentation must be provided.

Q: Why my account may be blocked or suspended?

A: The security of your account and funds is something we take very seriously. In this regard, we retain the right to suspend your account until the situation is resolved if we learn that your company encountered significant changes in major company details that were not previously reported.

In addition, if our security system detects suspicious activity on the xpater's account, such as unusual login or usage patterns, your account may be suspended or blocked to protect your account from unauthorized access or losses. This is a security measure put in place for your protection.
