Q: I want to share my account details to receive funds, where can I find them?
A: To copy your account details, go to the main screen of the portal. Select the currency for which you need the account information. Click on the Acc Info button and then on the Copy Information button located in the expanded section with your account details.

Q: What currencies are available in the xpate business account?
A: You have been provided with payment accounts in GBP and EUR currencies. Both accounts can be used to send and receive funds.


Q: Where can I send money using my GBP account?
A: Payments can be sent to or received from the United Kingdom using the Faster Payments payment rails.


Q: How fast will my GBP payment be received?
A: Most bank transfers via Faster Payments are instantaneous. In rare cases, it may take a few hours for the payment to be processed.

Q: Where can I send money using my EUR account?
A: Payments can be sent to or received from any Eurozone country, as well as Croatia, Bulgaria, Denmark, Poland, and Romania.


Q: How fast will my EUR payment be received?
A: We use instantaneous payment rails for outgoing EUR payments. In rare cases, it may take up to two hours for the payment to be processed.

Q: Why might xpate ask for additional information/documentation regarding my payments in rare cases?
A: As a licensed financial institution, xpate always follows the regulations set by the Financial Conduct Authority, such as anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing rules. As part of the security process, our compliance team may request relevant information/documentation about your payment.
